Lap Swim

Lap swimming is great low-impact cardio workout. Our 6-lane pool is open to people to swim at their own pace. We maintain an 83º pool temperature and provide kick-boards, pull-buoys, and flippers.

Who: Youth 11-18 yrs old. All swimmers should be able to swim at least one length of the pool.

When:

Monday and Wednesday 7-8pm| Saturday and Sunday 9-11:45am

Lap lane space is based on a first-come, first-served basis for all times listed above.
