Customer Service Specialist
A Customer Service Specialist's essential duties and responsibilities include providing information and assistance to BCRD's customers on the phone and in-person at the FitWorks Front Desk, using a point of sale system, performing opening and closing procedures, processing memberships and sales, and assisting patrons with equipment needs. Applicants need to be proficient on the computer, able to problem solve and multi-task, have good time management, and provide excellent customer service.
