BCRD offers special events and clinics for youth throughout the year.
Futsal Fling!
Grab your teammates and lace up your brightest kicks for a weekend of face paced futsal. This lighthearted tournament is open to players 2nd grade – High School Seniors.
When and Where: Friday March 6th – Sunday March 8th. Round Robin Play
Who: Players in 2nd–8th grade
Divisions:
– 2nd and 3rd Grade: Boys, Girls and Co-ed
– 4th and 5th Grade: Boys, Girls and Co-ed
– Middle School: Boys, Girls and Co-ed
– High School: Boys, Girls and Co-ed
*At least three teams per gender are required to form separate divisions. If fewer than three boys’ or girls’ teams register, that group will be combined into a co-ed division.
Format: 5 v 5 Including Goalie. Each team must have between 6 and 10 players. Games will be two 20-minute halves with no stoppage time.
All teams are guaranteed at least three games.
Coaching & Officiating: Each team must provide a coach. Referees will be provided.
Cost: $175 per team
Youth Mountain Bike Clinic
Join us for a fun and supportive mountain bike clinic for riders ages 7–13! The clinic consists of three 2-hour sessions over the course of three weeks. Participants will be grouped by age and ability and will learn key skills based on the Fundamentals of Mountain Biking, including climbing, descents, cornering, and proper riding position.
All sessions take place at Quigley Trails Park and are led by Yadi Spangenberg of Wild Rockies Racing, with assistance from team athletes. Yadi is a passionate and experienced coach, holding Level 1 BICP skills certification, Level 3 USA Cycling Coach certification, and Level 3 NICA certification.
Build confidence, improve skills, and have fun on the trails!

Champs Camp -Pickleball 101

BCRD and the Wood River Pickleball Alliance are partnering to offer two one-day pickleball clinics for children entering 3rd through 6th grade. Camp includes three hours of instruction and a t-shirt.
Participants will learn the fundamentals of pickleball and have the opportunity to be coached by some of the valley’s top players, including Valley Club pro Matty. This is a great chance for kids to be active, build skills, and have fun!

Beginner/ Intermediate Lacrosse Camp

Open to kids entering 3rd–6th grade (beginner–intermediate), this fun, high-energy camp will focus on learning and building lacrosse fundamentals. All equipment provided. Camp will take place within walking distance of the BCRD.

The BCRD Youth Flag Football Camp is a one-week program led by former Division I player Robin Engelhart. This camp focuses on building fundamental skills in a fun, supportive, and high-energy environment. Open to boys and girls entering 2nd–5th grade in fall 2025.

Spring Basketball Academy

Build skills in shooting, ball handling, defense, teamwork, and game IQ in a positive, motivating environment. Limited spots. Register early.
Mountain Bike Clinic
Youth Mountain Bike Clinics:
WEDNESDAY CLINIC ADDED! THURSDAY CLINIC IS FULL. A fun, supportive clinic focused on building confidence and essential trail skills through guided instruction and practice.
