Ladies Beginner Mountain Bike Clinic

These 4 hour, 2 day clinics are designed for beginner riders. This clinic focuses on building confidence and mastering the fundamentals of mountain biking. Participants will learn essential skills including proper body positioning, braking, shifting, and cornering in a supportive and encouraging environment. Sessions will take place at Quigley Trail Park

Who: Ladies 18 and older

Where: Quigley Trails Park

When: May 18th and 19th

Time: 4:00 - 6:00 pm

Cost: $125

Co-ed Beginner Mountain Bike Clinic

These 4 hour, 2 day clinics are designed for beginner riders. This clinic focuses on building confidence and mastering the fundamentals of mountain biking. Intermediate Mountain Bike Clinics: Cornering and Transitions

This 6 hour, 2 day clinic is designed for intermediate riders looking to improve technical skills and learn to ride more efficiently. Riders will utilize the variable terrain and features at Quigley trail park to improve body positioning, cornering, climbing, descending and pedal stroke.

Who: Intermediate Riders 18 and older
When: June 14th and 15th
Time: 1:00 pm - 4:00

Cost: $225

Wilderness First Aid Certification

In just two days, gain the critical thinking skills you need to confidently recognize and manage any medical emergency... no matter where you play. Through group discussion and hands-on skills practice, you'll learn how to assess the critical systems that keep your body alive, determine if a backcountry medical condition is serious or not serious, manage musculoskeletal injuries, and prevent and deal with environmental concerns like temperature, drowning, and lightning.
